Moxy is a modular Business Management System built for growing companies and NGOs. It brings calendars, attendance, time off, finances, customers, contracts, employees, internal requests, projects, business contacts, and internal apps into one connected platform — replacing scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

Yes. Moxy is available on both iOS and Android. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and access your workspace on the go.

Yes. Moxy supports both Microsoft and Google identity providers. SSO is enabled per instance by an administrator, so team members can sign in with their existing Microsoft or Google credentials. Contact your workspace admin to check which providers are active for your organization, or reach out to us if you need help configuring this.

Open the Moxy app or web app, go to the login screen, and tap 'Forgot password'. Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the reset email. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If your organization uses Microsoft or Google SSO, sign in through your identity provider instead — password reset does not apply to SSO accounts.

In the Attendance & Time Off module, open the Time Off section and create a new request by selecting the type, dates, and reason. Your manager will receive a notification to review and approve or decline it. Approved time off is automatically reflected in the shared calendar.

From the web app, go to Employee Management and select 'Invite'. Enter the email addresses of your team members and choose their roles. Invited users will receive an email with setup instructions. Admins can also configure default permissions per role.

First, make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Restart your device, then try again. If the issue persists, clear the app cache (Android) or reinstall the app (iOS). You can also reach out to us at hello@sprk.dev with your device model and OS version.

Check that notifications are enabled for Moxy in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Moxy. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Moxy > Notifications. Also verify that your account email is confirmed and that you are logged in.

Some features are available offline, such as viewing cached data and drafts. Changes made offline will sync automatically once your device reconnects to the internet. For the best experience, we recommend staying online.

Yes. Moxy uses encryption in transit and at rest. We run on secure infrastructure and follow industry best practices for data protection. You can read more in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Troubleshooting

App won't open or keeps crashing

  1. 1Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. 2Restart your device.
  3. 3Clear app cache (Android) or reinstall the app (iOS).
  4. 4Contact support if the issue continues.

Login issues

  1. 1Check that you are using the correct email address.
  2. 2Reset your password using the 'Forgot password' link.
  3. 3Make sure your internet connection is stable.
  4. 4If you use Microsoft or Google SSO, confirm the provider is enabled for your instance and that your account has access — check with your workspace admin.

Sync or data not showing

  1. 1Pull down to refresh the screen.
  2. 2Check your internet connection.
  3. 3Log out and log back in.
  4. 4Ensure your app is up to date.

Calendar events not appearing

  1. 1Refresh the Calendar module manually.
  2. 2Check that the event was saved and not left as a draft.
  3. 3Verify you have permission to view the relevant calendar.
  4. 4Log out and back in to force a full sync.

Time off request stuck or missing

  1. 1Confirm the request was submitted and not left as a draft.
  2. 2Ask your manager to check their pending approvals.
  3. 3Verify the dates do not overlap with an existing approved request.
  4. 4Contact support with your request details if the issue persists.

Notifications not working

  1. 1Enable notifications for Moxy in your device settings.
  2. 2Check that Do Not Disturb is turned off.
  3. 3Verify your notification preferences inside the Moxy app settings.
  4. 4Log out and back in to re-register your device for push notifications.
