End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Moxy web application and any future Moxy mobile applications (the "App"), made available by Spark Development SRL ("we", "us").

Subject to this EULA and the applicable subscription or commercial agreement with your organization, Spark Development SRL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for your organization's internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the App
• Abuse, bypass, or attempt to defeat security or access controls
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights

Your organization may control users, roles, permissions, configuration, and data within the App. Your use of the App is also subject to your organization's internal policies and the agreement between your organization and Spark Development SRL.

We may release updates, changes, and new versions of the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix issues, and address security.

The App relies on third-party infrastructure and may rely on additional third-party services. Their availability and behavior may affect the App.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The App may use diagnostics and error monitoring (including a self-hosted Sentry instance or equivalent) if enabled, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The App, including all related software, designs, and content, is owned by Spark Development SRL or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

This license terminates automatically if your account or your organization's subscription ends, or if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

For future Moxy mobile applications, the terms of the relevant app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) may also apply in addition to this EULA.

This EULA is governed by the laws of Romania.
